These terms apply to everyone who visits nazariyas.com or buys from Nazariyas ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Return and refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy.

1. Our products

We sell original artwork and custom designs printed on clothing, drinkware and accessories. Every product is printed to order. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the printed product, and small variations in print placement and colour are a normal part of the printing process.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Any shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. An order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund the full amount you paid.

3. Custom designs

When you send us an idea, image or reference for a custom design, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We will not print content that is illegal, hateful, obscene, or that uses trademarks, logos or characters you do not have the rights to. We may decline any custom request. Custom designs are confirmed with you by email before printing.

4. Returns and refunds

Because every product is made to order, all sales are final. Please see our Return and refund policy for details.

5. Intellectual property

All original designs, artwork, text and images on this website belong to Nazariyas unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product does not give you any rights to reproduce its design.

6. Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may update, change or remove any part of the website at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
