Return and refund policy

Every Nazariyas product is printed to order, just for you. Because each item is made only after you order it, all sales are final.

No returns, exchanges or refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds once an order has been placed. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, because printing starts soon after.

Before you order

Please check the product, design, size and colour carefully before you check out. If you are unsure about sizing or how a design will look, email us at hello@nazariyas.com before placing your order and we'll help you choose.

Custom designs

Custom design requests are reviewed and confirmed with you by email before anything is printed. Once you approve a custom design and place your order, it cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded.
